Representations of Brain Tumours and Neuro-oncology in Contemporary Thought, Literature, and Visual Culture

This project explores diverse representations of brain tumours and of their treatment in contemporary cultural production, including in philosophical texts, literature, film, and visual art. The project will explore such representations primarily in French and Francophone cultural contexts, but the project is comparative in nature, looking also beyond these contexts.
