Description
An evaluation of a pilot intervention where prehab was delivered in the community through Football Community Club Organisations in North Lancashire and South Cumbria. Prehab sessions were group-based and involved time for peer-support and signposting to other services and adapted physical activity. The aim was to promote mental wellbeing and physical health in a setting easier for people to access. The evaluation included an analysis of existing service use data and clinical outcomes measures as well as focus groups and interviews with key stakeholders.
