SUMMARY of research interests (100 words)
I work on environment, climate and energy policy and politics. In particular, I look at the relationship between the citizen and state in climate governance.
Current Research
I run the Climate Citizens research group, which examines the role of public engagement in energy and climate governance. I hold a UKRI Fellowship, and I am a Co-Investigator of the Energy Demand Research Centre, and JUST: the Centre for Joined-Up Sustainability Transformations.
I am an Expert Adviser to the Climate Change Committee, which advises the UK Parliament and Government.
