I am dedicated to exploring ways to enhance employee mental well-being. I am passionate about understanding how organizational dynamics impact psychological health and aim to contribute to the development of practices that promote mental resilience, inclusivity, and overall job satisfaction. Specific challenges I'm interested about are workplace discrimination, orstracism, and racism. Combining academic insights with practical Human Resources Management experience, I aim to bridge theory and practice to promote supportive, inclusive, and mentally healthy workspaces.
