I'm a biodiversity researcher with a strong background in data science, geospatial analysis, and ecological modelling. My work bridges field-based biodiversity science and advanced computational tools to generate insights that inform conservation strategies, ecosystem restoration, and climate adaptation, particularly on biodiversity and ecosystem services in the Amazon.

Over the past 19 years, I've developed and applied robust analytical approaches to large and complex biodiversity datasets, including species distribution models, remote sensing and spatial statistics. I work fluently with R and QGIS, and I'm currently expanding my capabilities with Python and cloud-based geospatial platforms like Google Earth Engine.

I hold a PhD in biodiversity and have led interdisciplinary projects that connect academia, NGOs, and government. I've published on Amazonian biodiversity, habitat loss, and climate resilience, and I've coordinated research involving the integration of ecological, and spatial data. As a postdoctoral researcher at the Lancaster Environment Centre, I've also been deeply engaged in international collaborations focused on restoration and conservation planning.
