Heather Shaw is a Lecturer at Lancaster University teaching Psychology and Behavioural Analytics. She is interested in understanding both the situational and individual factors that influence people's behaviours, through analysing digital behavioural signatures. She applies this knowledge to personalised services, adaptive systems, and detecting behavioural changes. She is also interested in improving interdisciplinary research methods, especially in response to new technologies, ethical considerations, and the use of digital tools in psychological research.
