Profile
My research interest is broadly focused on the development, evaluation and implementation of innovative mental health interventions. I have a more specialised research interest in accessible digital support for mental health, including online interventions and forums; support for carers of people with mental health problems; and support through the sharing of lived experience. My current research interest is in mental health support through the sharing of lived experience / peer support. I have an emerging research focus on peer support interventions for people affected by baby loss. This is a new and innovative area, and I would welcome supervising students who are interesting in this topic. My research is mainly mixed methods, with a current focus on realist methodology.
