The Quantum Technology Centre integrates several existing quantum physics research groups, including Semiconductor Physics and Nanostructures, Low Temperature Physics and Condensed Matter Theory with new activities in Energy and Biophotonics.
Facilities include state-of-the-art clean-rooms, with growth, processing, characterisation and microscopy facilities, high-end computing and ultra-low temperature physics.
