The Management Development Division (MDD) specialises in designing, developing and delivering executive management and leadership development programmes to meet the strategic and operational needs of our increasingly diverse clients. MDD also leads on the design and delivery of several individual development programmes, including the Lancaster Executive MBA, the Lancaster Certificate in Coaching and the Executive MSc in Project Management.
