This presentation outlines the FDAC intervention, its rationale, and theoretical foundations before presenting emerging findings from the first study on the impacts of FDACs on parental offending and reoffending. Additionally, the study compares reunification rates and their sustainability in FDAC versus non-FDAC cases.
The study’s findings have international relevance because the search for effective responses to child protection and parental offending is a global issue. So is the role of the family court in facilitating safe reunification
