A leading group of academics within the department is looking to establish a Chief HR Officer (CHRO) network intended to bring the knowledge and expertise from the department together with the leadership and practitioner knowledge of an invited group of people leaders for the purposes of extending both theory and practice. This is initially envisaged in the form of a Forum on The Future of Work and The Role of Emerging Technologies for People Strategies.
