Description
At Campus in the City (CITC) I co-convened the Medical School-led 'Healthy Lives' collaborative. Within this, we introduced our research and expertise through playful activities and demonstrations.
I led the development and distribution (100 copies) of a 'Healthy Lives' stamp book to encourage attendees to visit the LMS stations.
To disseminate my own research, I produced and distributed an activity booklet for attendees to complete at home. Within this, people were introduced to phenomenological research methods, and to the idea of activities being prescribed for wellbeing. CITC attendees 'potted-up' seedlings (120 seedlings distributed) to take home alongside their booklet in order to complete their activities.
