Access to social farms for people living with dementia: stakeholder dissemination event

Description

Co-presented findings from the NIHR-funded mixed-methods study examining access to social farms in England for people living with dementia at home. The event brought together Social Farms & Gardens, health and social care professionals and members of the public. Social Farms & Gardens had been involved from the outset and subsequently supported dissemination across its network of 180+ member farms, extending the reach of the research to organisations directly involved in providing nature-based activities.
